I just want a unique bike to ride to work so I was thinking of stuffing big 4.0-18 tires front and rear, lowering it, adding a metal gas tank, new seat, flat bars, and chopping off the rear. Kind of like this.

The Roketa DB-07 uses the standard, Chinese front wheel.

However, the Zong employs a different front wheel, which is the same wheel installed on the Roketa DB-07A.

Therefore, I think you would have a difficult time trying to fit the Zongshen front wheel to your Roketa DB-07 motorcycle. For example, the front brake rotors are different sizes, and the brake calipers mount in different places, et cetera. You would have an easier time looking for a Chinese bike which employs the standard front wheel, but also uses a smaller rim.

Also, you if you wish to purchase custom spokes, you could lace any 18-inch rim to your current front hub. In fact, if you could find the correct die, you might be able to trim the front spokes to a shorter length, and thread the ends for the spoke nipples.
