I can pull some steep hills at 50plus mph that I usually need to downshift to 3rd on in my car. (its an escort
) The drum brake is probably just as effective for a lightweight bike as a disc. I am sure it will lock the rear tire on the pavement.
The 200cc has enough power for roads less 60mph safely. I don't ride on the expressways either.
