I've searched & searched the web for diagrams. There are many out there. I really don't want to take anything a part to trace wires. If I could just get it to start, Run, and charge it would be perfect. I can wire the lights and indicaters after that.
I found a little solder work in the left handlebar switch assembly. This quad has hi/lo light, fan, kill, and start switch. Im looking to replace that asssembly.
It did start and run, but there were problems. It woould blow the in-line fuse and wires became very hot. I knew that this thing needed rewired. I beleive there was a 12v wire going to a ground wire causing that. It was a mess of splices and cold-solders..
I'm in for a project.. It will test my skills, fo sho!
