XF200 Carb Issue?

Hey guys

I've got a 2009 Qlink XF200. I like it alot and it has treated me well over the 1000 or so miles I put on it in the 1.5 months I spent last year riding it everyday. I've got the sprocket upgrades along with a few odds n ends mostly for aesthetics.

The motorcycle did die on my last year though. I had an odd issue where the bike's electrics would shut off so it would eventually come to a stop. But if I held down a button like the high-beam or horn, the bike would run at full power again for about 5 seconds and then die off. I had no idea what this issue was so I just ordered a bunch of electrical parts from Qlink USA (Geez what an ordeal that was...)

So the bike runs now, no electrical issues. The low beam headlight seems to have burntout and I need a new flasher relay, but nothing to worry about. But when I ride the bike, it doesn't seem to go over 6000rpm. I thought it was a carb issue, as I've replaced the CDI, Rectifier and coil. I took the carb out and cleaned it in boiling water and lemon twice, and ran a bunch or carb cleaner through it. Cleaned out the air filter as best I could, but it's not even that dirty. After doing all this it is still have the issue of what would appear to be a clogged main jet? Any other things I should look at? I'm going to tear into the carb one last time tmrw and triple check I didn't miss anything.

Thanks for your help guys.
