Top speed depends largely on sprocket selection. Sprocket selection depends largely on the kind of riding you want to do.
Top speed is anything from 45->74. I only have a 150cc bike and my top speed is 60-> 65. But with a 2.47 final gear ratio I ain't going to break records going up hill. N2r.
