Hello again. Lots of threads from me today.
Like the new ATV I got from a friend that same friend had a dirt bike that came with the package so I grabbed that too. Here is this tiny unknown thing.

looks like it has the same engine as the ATV. They might have been sold as a package new I dont know.

in this first pic it shows the carb too. My friend said should only need a new carb to get running so that might be a quicker fix than the ATV I dont know.
