My winter bike project is rebuilding two (one for my daughter and one for me) Kawasaki KZ400 street bikes. I was going to put the two into one good one, but my daughter had other ideas. I bought both bikes for $100. Other than tires, engine gaskets, and exhaust, I have found everything we will need. Of course, the one I wanted is the one that needs the most help. Hers runs and is pretty much all there. Mine isn't running and was missing parts. The Roketa is parked and forgotten until spring. Although, I did go quad hunting on the internet this afternoon. Several family members want to go trail riding, but don't want to tackle a bike. We are expecting several inches of snow and 30+ MPH winds tonight. The only trail riding until April will be on snowmobiles.
