LOL! Donner, party of.... My buddy has used that line for years in restaurants.

The property does fall off on the back half and can get pretty steep in spots. That's also the hill we mostly work because much of it still needs to be cleared from decades (probably 100 years) of neglect.

This is why I bought the Rhino. My poor lawn tractor has been used for WAY more than it's designed for and I wanted to give the little tractor some help. It is a nice unit though. A Husqvarna with the posi rear end, driven by a 24 HP Kawasaki V-twin with a welded mower deck for the boulders that always erupt. It sucks to kick a softball-sized rock out but the deck can take it.

We don't get a lot of snow at only 3000'. Maybe a couple storms a year and it melts in a day or so.
