The 200cc should fit the bill. I think with the trend of oversizing UTVs for riding enthusiasts, they forgot the people that want 'utility' and don't need to haul a lot of weight. I am guessing the next size up, the 400, which has been the 'smallest' UTV for a few years now, was still too large for some people.

Sunright is the distributor for Linhai, and have been for a few years now, so they should be able to supply parts and whatnot.
