Just a suggestion, change the front out with a 16T. You might find that you like it and it's cheaper than changing out the rear. Remember, a tooth change in the front is close to changing three in the rear.

Just an observation in regard to the picture you posted. If you took it after the sprocket change, your wheel can move forword more.

Also, please give us the actual size of the front and rear tires. I've looked at probably five websites and they're listed anywhere from 18" to 21" for the front and 17" or 18" for the rear. Inquiring minds want to know. Thanks.
