Hi all,
I'm having some trouble finding any information on this subject. All my web searches have resulted in products for sale but very little technical information. Hopefully someone here can help.

I bought my son a Tao Motors Grizzly 110 ATV last year. It has been a great little starter bike for him for the cost but when I start looking at the parts I can see why. So after just replacing a bunch of other parts (Stator, Sprocket and Chain covers, etc.) I went to start it the other night and the carburetor started flooding. I pulled the carb off and was surprised to see that it couldn't be taken apart and cleaned. I also noticed that it only has a 19mm intake. I would like to upgrade this to a 22mm Mikuni, or atleast a 22mm carburetor that can be taken apart and cleaned. Can anyone recommend a kit that would come with the carb, intake and air filter. I have seen a few online but they don't show any specs on the intake, so i'm not sure how to tell if it will fit and bolt up without using the buy and try plan. I was hoping that someone has done this and could recommend something or offer some suggestions. Also if you have upsized the carburetor what size jets are you running and where did you start your idle and air/fuel adjustment screws. Any help would be appreciated, little guy is dying to get his bike out. Thanks.
