if you want to fix old carb to get him up and running a screw extractor kit is all you need auto zone has them so does harbor freight and so on here is a link for one from harbor freight https://www.harborfreight.com/screw-...-pc-61981.html

I am sure someone else will jump in and help on finding you an upgraded carb.
