I was thinking more so that the warranty may have to be voided because he was taking this apart and that apart ... and hopefully his fuel and air mixture screw is adjusted properly...
But I do agree with you... if he checked everything from the plug, timing CDI... fuel loading up... restricted exhaust... compression for dropped and/or burnt valve... that covers all...
