Thanks for all the responses. I have been busy this week and have not had a chance to pull the bike apart. The piston looked ok before I put it together. It did have little dings on it. I thought something got in the intake. So I did not look at the timing. It was a little loud/noisy at the motor after I changed the head. But it was idling great. Could it be off a tooth and run smooth? I will check when I get into it this weekend. Anyone have a link to the timing setup?
