I fear I'm a bit off-topic, but I agree with Red. Most of us who've been here a while tend to be older, but with the growing popularity of the site, a few bad apples have been turning up. Growing pains are just that, pains. I know of another site (TT) which has the same issue with the young-uns. I do believe new members do tend to follow the cues of the more senior members. For this reason I tend to read/reread my posts before submiting.
