The CG 200 alongside the CG 175 are the "unpopular" ones, so not as many parts as the ones for the 230, 150, 125.
The top end of a CG230 is not a "plug and play". It can be done and depending on how you work it out, you may need a new crankshaft too.
99% of the CG200 i have seen the wristpin diameter is 15mm.
99% of the CG230 i have seen the wristpin diameter is 16mm.
Just to name one difference.
The top speed of the stock CG200 is similar to the top speed of a CG230. The difference is that the 230 has a bit more torque.
Before you even try to get an oversized piston, mod everything else and compare it to a stock cg230
