Two thumbs up for Venom Motorsports customer service

My Lifan X-Pect arrived from Venom Motorsports a couple days ago.

I had inspected it for damage before signing, and everything looked good. But after unpacking I found that the positioning of the front wheel in the box allowed the rear axle nut to rub on the front rotor during transit.

I hoped it was just some cosmetic damage, but I have a front-brake pulsation, so I think the rotor was bent.

I emailed Venom last night and sent a couple pics. This morning I got an email response saying it was forwarded to the tech department. Shortly later I got a call from someone saying they were ordering a new front rotor and I would receive it soon.

I paid a little more to get the bike from Venom because of their reputation for good customer service, and so far it seems worth it.
