A little late but try pulsing the clutch if you are unsure of it and keeping throttle about 1k above normal idle.
From there learn to counter lean and always look where you want to go. If you are unsure do it in a completely empty parking lot to ensure no mistakes cause damage to you or others.
Looking it the simplest method, you look where you want to go your body makes it happen, when you over think it, you tend to overshoot or undershoot every turn.
