You didn't mention what year bike you have!

If you have an electronic tach, The CDI drives the coil and tach.

I would assume the CDI connector is good, if your bike is getting good spark from the coil.

That leaves the connector under the headlamp fairing. Look for a Black/Yellow wire in the connector, and inspect it for tightness of fit. Also, Make sure you get battery voltage at the Black wire, and good continuity to ground on the Green wire at the same connector.
