So it happens at the same high rpm in every gear? or only 5th :? ..You checked everything I would check, Except the petock to see if it might be slightly restricted or maybe an even better flowing air filter. Not sure what You have now. But if it only happens in fifth I have no clue why. A restriction should occur in all gears at the same rpm range :?
