There was a China-based member of mychinamoto.com who went to the Asiawing factory and rode the dirt bike and the Spark 500. Asiawing seems to be on the up and up--more of an "enthusiast" company versus a company that just happens to be in the motorcycle factory business.
I think he mentioned that they were waiting for a fuel injection system for both their Spark 500 and their dirt bike as they don't want to bring their bikes to Europe and N. America with carbs--hence the delay.
