I would say no. Some bikes may have been better than others.
I rebolted. Made a huge improvement in vibes. I lost a lower rear mounting bolt about 35 miles from home in Atlanta traffic. I rode it all the way home and did the rebolt the next day. It took me about an hour and I spent about $15 for supplies. Included a new drill bit. I was unable to find a replacement long mounting bolt, but I replaced all the others.
