Check for the problem I had with mine. Check the wires going through the chain sprocket cover to the stator to make sure the wires are in the channel they are supposed to be and not crimped and shorting out. Mine ran fine for 20 miles and then stopped cold with no spark. If they are crimped it could account for the intermittent running as well. Mine is a HSUN. :?
