The extra oil probably drained down into the sump over the two day period. In my experience, 1 quart fills the bike up to just the right level. However, don't worry about an extra .1 quart of oil. If you have a little too much oil it will blow out into the airbox and be collected in the overflow tube. It is certainly better to have slightly too much oil than too little oil.
