The Viva 200 is a hondoid, and has a different engine than the Zongshen 200GY-2. If you search this forum, and/or check the Tech Sticky at the top of this forum, you will probably find a hondoid wiring diagram thaw will work for you bike.
If the CDI unit is good, I would start troubleshooting at the spark plug, and work my way back to the stator. I would also check to make sure I had a good ground connection to the frame, and the kill switch was in good working order.
