New gy6 harness need help with two wires

So after ordering a complete wiring harness off Amazon for my friends GY6 . And installing it most went together simply. Except I have a red and black wire and ablue and white wire that have bullet connectors on them. They are right where the wires for the auto choke would be but have different connections and colors. Has anyone else come across this and can confirm these are the auto choke wires and I just need to put a different plug on them and if they are which wire goes where as neither shows power when keys are on
