I ordered 2 Coolster ATV's from APSCUSA. It took longer than I would have liked (twice as long as I was told) and they haven't responded to ANY email correspondence. However, they do answer the phone about half the time and they did fix a screw up with the shipping company PROMPTLY. When I did receive the ATV's I found one to be the upgraded model with no additional charge. So the lesson I learned is do not be in a rush dealing with APSCUSA and you will be satisfied. I will be looking at purchasing 2 more ATV's in a few months and they will be first on my list to buy from. But, I will make the purchase weeks earlier than this time.

Glad it all worked out. You just caught them at a busy time of year. Those kids of yours are going to be so excited.

I believe you're right and that's why I'm willing to give them the benefit of doubt. I'd recommend them to anyone, just don't be in a hurry.
