How can I make the tao rhino 250cc faster?

I'm gonna buy 2 rhino 250s and use for trail riding and a lot of hunting looking for best ways to make it faster or some type of good mods that will help anyway? I ask only because I never get a straight answer about there top speed some saw 45 some say 30 if anyone know id appreciate your input on this. I guess there is a governor on it or something?

IMO the Rhino is over geared, which may be OK if you ride in flat country. Mine would do over 40 mph stock which is much faster than I ride, and it sucks on steep hills. A larger carb and less restrictive exhaust would surely increase the top speed a bit.
