no electrics

just be out on my gy 125 and found out i had no electrics at all to the lights, horn, everything. Got home and tested the battery and its flat as a fart but with the engine running its only pulling 2.4v to the battery. Ive checked all wires ect ect and all ok can anybody help please

First replace the battery and see where you are at. Might be internally shorted.
