Roketa db-07 to bobber

The more I think about it the more I want to Bob this guy. I have some questions. Spud, what would I need to fit the Zong front 18" rim to the roketa? Can I lower the front end by adding spacers and chopping the front springs? Has anyone every thought to do this? I just want a unique bike to ride to work so I was thinking of stuffing big 4.0-18 tires front and rear, lowering it, adding a metal gas tank, new seat, flat bars, and chopping off the rear. Kind of like this.
