X-pro 150cc Idling 4000-5000rpm out of box

I got my brand new X-pro 150cc bike today and built it according to the video, but when I crank it up the idling range is 4k-5k rpms. I tried adjusting the carb, tracing the line to see if there was any bends or kinks. Tried all I can think of, anyone know why the bike is acting this way?

You have idle adjustment in two places.

One is at the throttle where there should be a screw type adjustment at the twist grip.

The second is on the side of the carb body at the idle adjustment screw.

You may also need to check the condition of the slide where the throttle cable goes into the carb. If the cable is bound or not properly seated in the slide it can give problems.

Sounds like the carb slide is not installed correctly

I adjusted both of them, nothing has changed its still doing this. I haven't fully checked where it goes into the carb, not much space and cant really tell what I am doing.

The throttle cable may be pulling. I found it revving high when you turned the bars full lock to one side. I resolved by lifting the tank and rerouting the line.

There is a bracket between the handlebars and the tank on the frame, that somehow tensions the throttle cable.
Put the throttle cable above this bracket (closer to the fuel line).
