Hawk 250 assembly... leftover parts

Just got my new Hawk 250 put together only to realize I have some extra parts...I got the ring and cotter pin attached so disregard that but any help identifying the other pieces would be greatly appreciated.

The four small rubber grommets are for the fender mount holes. Silver thing mounts on the fork for speedometer cable and brake line. You should have two. One for each side.

For some reason my hawk came with 3 cable guides which was throwing me off...I was most curious about the rubber grommets so thanks for the response!

We always said, if you have extra parts left over, throw them on the barn roof!
