RPS Hawk EFI baffle removal
Thought I'd give this a shot and see if anyone has done this yet but I have a 2020 Hawk EFI and I have upgraded everything except for exhaust. I can feel the bike is being held back or atleast it feels that way to me. Just want to know if removing the baffle from the exhaust from an EFI will throw any codes or the check engine light on or any other issues. Ive done this with other bikes and quads before with no issues but the new EFI being computerized, not sure what the effects would be. Thanks

It shouldn't be an issue if it has a single O2 sensor before the Cat. The ECU should adjust to the changes on it's own.

Alright cool. I wasnt sure. I was told the back pressure change might affect the o2 sensor but the baffle being after the o2 sensor, not sure how it would affect it. I know removing it would definitely help the engine move a little better. Just needed to get a better idea

What else have you done, particularly intake wise? There's one or two members on the Hawk FB page who reported their bikes losing power after derestricting both intake and exhaust.
