Too rich? ( Spark plug picture)

Everyone got my new carburetor genuine pz30 on my magician I've been having trouble tuning it had a feeling it was to Rick's pulled out the spark plug while doing the valve adjustment right now because someone told me you got to do that first or the carb tune will be off and found the plug charred. My fuel mixture screws stock setting was almost 3 turns out! So ive set it to about 2 turns out. Kind of suprised to see the plug so black as the main jet came stock with a 104 but its keihin and the sizes are different i believe. Does anyone know what a 104 would equate too for like a mikuni? Jets are 104 and 42 ( keihin ) any advice before i throw it back together?
