Stupid Question...

Sorry but i am kinda new to bikes and was riding around town today on my Hi-Bird 200 gy and when i stoped at a light and put it into 1st , the bike died. so when i fired it back up and the clutch was pulled in, it tried to launch... I read in the Tech info page that the cluth needs to be adjusted but can somebody go into detail so even I can figure out how to do it?

Any info is greatly appreciated,

Thank you

Jared

your clutch might have just bound up. happens sometimes no big deal and no adjustment needed

MAKE SURE IT IS A REPEATING OFFENDER!!!

if the clutch is pulled in compleatly and you release the brake and it still wants to move you might have to adjust.

There should be some adjustmunt nuts down on the topside of the right crankcase where the clutch cable attaches. Adjust there until it fully releases.

You will want to adjust the cable away from the lever that goes into the case.Just make sure you leave some freeplay in the clutch lever. If it is too tihgt your clutch can slip or wear prematurely.
