aweseome. thanks. pics are very informative and a bit of google translate combined with rusty memories from spanish class results in an excellent tutorial. Like you said, "Arreglar la moto uno mismo y que luego funcione."

Me too. To do this technology, 20% of memories of school and 80% of google on line. jajajaja.
I tell you that a week after I changed the clutch plates fell off the wheel bolt breakage caused total magnetic to etator or coil.
If you want a little luck I can send you by FedEx.
Greetings.

Hello Beto,

Thank you for the excellent tutorial pictures. I do not speak Spanish, so I have two questions:
1. Did you find dirt in the oil pump?
2. Did you use the same tool for the oil pump and the clutch?

Thanks!

Hello.

1 - I do not remember having found dirt in the oil pump.
The special key is to get just the oil pump.
2 - The clutch basket has only one ring seeguer, in the picture is the tip of the shaft is fluted, but is only one axis, not nut.

I hope that skynet is translated well and give you other instructions. jajajaja.

Greetings
Beto

Beto,

I removed the oil pump cover on my son's XR200, and it was full of aluminum. The cam chain ground the aluminum case, and it was a mess. :? I'm glad that your's was clean.
