Thanks for the video. Did you use a helmet cam? Which type?

I just checked your forcast. Looks like a lot of rainy days in your immediate future.

I also looked at your yearly average temps, not nearly as cold as what I would have thought. Indeed your winters are more mild, albiet wetter/snowier than many areas in our country.

You summers never get very warm at all, and it's interesting how little difference there is between the high and low temps.

Indeed your winters are not a whole lot colder than mine, although we don't get hardly any precipitation by comparison.

Funny…

Nice motorbike, I like the looks of it and you seem to be having a good time with it on the dirt roads.

As for weather that is day to day, what doc points to is climate not weather. Iceland's climate is its own that’s for sure. Iceland is tempered maybe, maritime in some respects, tempered by the warm gulf stream? I know that Ireland and Great Britain are tempered by ocean currents otherwise they would have a climate the same as Siberia.

The weather forecast is only good for a day or so, I notice that they have been off here on the ten days, really off sometimes by as much as 20 degrees Fahrenheit. They can see clouds and measure wind, but the formula they are using includes historic seasonal averages that are too low? We set another record high yesterday with 89, the forecast on last Monday for yesterday predicted 60‘s? It’s 11:30 AM on Friday and it is 87? The prediction was for 60’s on last Monday?

What is interesting is that they predict all low 60’s for the next ten days? They did that last week also and it was all 80’s in reality? The forecasting model is based in part on historical temps for the dates (climate)? If the temps are well above averages…LOL it does not predict well, lol is that do to a change in climate?

Is that to complex for Thor? I find it not likely since on average people in Iceland are well educated. I heard that most of the fisherman have master degrees…not true?
