Looking to upgrade my carb...

So this is the engine that I have -http://www.motopartsmax.com/index.ph.../2/cPath/21_88

The bike came with a 24mm carb on there and I have been looking around and I am deciding between a 26mm and a 28mm carb. Can anyone tell me what the difference would be? I feel like the 24mm is holding my engine back just a bit. I would also be using the K and N filter I bought.

Here are the carbs I have found so far (they are both 26mm carbs)

Actually I do not know what mm my carb is. It is either a 22mm or 24mm. Any easy way to check?
