Bike on craigs list ... is it worth it?

Besides a bad tranny what could be keeping this bike from shifting? Would it be worth 400?

Not worth $400, no way for a 2004, maybe $!50

Clutch maybe???

I'd go look at it in person, if you determine it's something easy like a clutch or stripped shifter then buy it. Otherwise, don't touch it.

I'd go look at it and if its not a rag and you want it more for parts than trying to fix and run throw him a low ball offer and be ready to take it right then.

I wouldnt buy it for $400 since you can get a brand new one for just a little bit more and $400 towards a new one is better than $400 for someone elses problem.
