I want a Turn Signal Beeper
Hi All, I recently purchased a 2020 Hawk 250 and No beeper for Blinkers. I know the Beeper was making a lot of people crazy and there are ways to Disconnect it(Motocheese).
Apparently the new bikes eliminated the beeper. Is it still there under the seat and needs to be connected? Or can I buy a relay? Thanks for any info. |

It's not just a relay though, you already have one of those for the turn signals. It's more likely to be a 12v activated piezo beeper with a simple switching circuit, a few caps, resistor or three. Your best bet is to find someone who has an older model year and who doesn't want it, have them rip it off and send it to you with pictures of where it attached and what the wiring looked like. Then hope you and I have the same wiring harness as those older years and that they just omitted the beeper instead of re-wiring the turn signal circuit. |

If you were in front of me while I was driving my "old man Mercury", I'd remind you that you left them on with my 132dB dual-note horns. Gotta love old factory big car horns. But the beeper will do to. |
