Wheelie

How do y'all wheelie on a china bike? I want to wheelie over a curb, so that I don't have to use the handicap ramp.

Scoot way back on the seat, stopped or very low speed, pull in the clutch, give it the GAS, release the clutch quickly and tug on the bars. They will actually come up pretty easily once you figure it out. I can stand mine up in first and get a little air going into second. (I know it will do better, I let a freind ride it... he stood it up and went through the gears on the back tire!)
Practice without the curb though, it could really hurt.
But unless it's a monster, you should be able to just climb the curb... I have taken my Lifan over some fair sized logs

Personally, I wouldn't. As weak as these bikes are in the tranny / chain / rear sprocket drive pins / engine bolts / etc, your gonna bust something sooner or later. JMO.

Typical 6 inch curbs are no problem. I just roll up to them in 1st and the tug up on the bars alittle while giving it some gas. The large front tire usually just rolls up and over.

Or you could do what I did, rev the engine up to about 3 grand, kick it into low gear and if you have a good grip on the handlebars, the bike will wind up on top of you.

A green-stick fracture in the lower right leg was the result and the doctor tole me I was an idiot for not having it splinted . . .

It sure did/does smart . . .

I think some of the newer china dirt bikes could be made to do that very easily.

Ive never done a wheelie and dont want to try on this Chinese beast but if you take it to its top speed in 5th and then cycle the gear down low while you still have speed sit way back raise slightly on the footrests brake front and rear slightly and give it full throttleand pull the handle bars up.lololol......not sure it would wheelie at all but its worth a try if your suicidal......   :?:
