Loss of power apollo 250

Losing power with my apollo 250... acts like the choke is on at half throttle and complete loss of power at full throttle... idles fine and up to quarter throttle is good too... went over a quick hill a bit too fast and got some good air, landed a bit harder than I wanted too then the problem started... what you guys think?

OK new problem... I read a few related posts and the problem may be in the carburetor.... here's the problem... the carb is held together with some kind of screw that has no head on it... just looks like a rivet or something... how the hell do you take that apart... did I get my Phillips screwdriver out for nothing????

Get a dremel with a cutoff disc and put a straight cut now you can use a flat blade screw driver. Or you can use a hack saw
