So, I'm new here to the situation. I just ordered orange and white Shark. Anything I should know about these bikes?....and how hard is it to get registered?

Welcome! Every state's registration is different, but these are 49-state EPA/DOT certified, so people have successfully registered them in a very difficult state like New Jersey. You generally need the bill of sale (receipt) and the MCO (or MSO); 'Manufacturer's Certificate (or Statement) of Origin. You will most likely have to pay sales tax to your state, but again, depends what your state does because every one is different. Some states will require a visual inspection.

Anyway, where did you buy your bike from? Your retailer must have bought the last remaining bikes because according to the distributor, they are sold out!

I got it from saferwholesale. I called them and he said they had orange and red left. So I got the orange. Was going to get the Brozz, but everyone seems to be out of those. I hope this thing has enough power.. lol So whats the best way to break these motors in, and what should i expect putting this together?. Looks pretty easy. I heard they ship these things with crappy oil, so im guessing i should change that before break in?

Have you read about "saferwholesale"? I called them and ordered and paid with an echeck (they tricked me into paying with an echeck because it is almost impossible to get a refund) for a bike I was told was in stock. I never heard from them again. So over a week later I call back only to find out they didn't have the bike in stock but they had a cheaper bike they could send me soooo I said ok. I never heard from them again. Soooo around a week later I called back and was treated very rudely and was told that they didn't have that bike ether and the would not be getting any more of them in. I asked for a refund and was told it would take at least another month to send me a refund in the mail. By this time I had read how other people in this same boat had been waiting for over 6 months for a refund they never received. Bottom line it is not safe to buy from saferwholesale. With all this said I wish you luck with your order.

Odd. SPS is showing all three, the Shark, Brozz and Storm as either "in stock" or "available now".
I guess it would take a phone call to confirm.

That's their bate and switch tactic. They say they'll give you the brozz or storm for a great price and when you receive the invoice stating the status of your order you see hawk listed on the receipt, then you call them to have this corrected, they do so, a week goes by, you call them to see what the status is and you're told "sorry, but we ran out of the storm, or brozz... how about a hawk? ... And we'll give it to you for the same price!!" Like they're doing you a favor! Wtf?!

That was my experience with them, anyway.

The bike on the PSM site is what some call the hawk2 or enforcer.
I love the disclaimer in red stating that the do not sell to New Jersey or Pennsylvania. A few months ago the sold those bikes to anyone with a pulse and lied through their teeth about being able to register them anywhere.

Hmmm ... wonder why that's there now?

Does this look like an Enforcer or "Hawk 2" to anyone? Again, "in stock".
