Anyone register in Vermont?

Hello. I'm in the process of registering my hawk 250. I live in Vermont. I've been reading post about people having problems with the vin not coming back on NADA. Has anyone had luck registering their bike in vermont? If so, what all did you do? Need help asap!

Isn't Vermont the mythical place that registers bikes that cannot be registered elsewhere. As in, Member A: "I cannot register my Hawk in NJ; what can I do since TXPowersports who insisted I could register it there will NOT take the bike back!" Member B: "Go the Vermont route..."

It is yes. But I'm not sure how to go about doing it because it says I need the NADA listing... (what the bikes worth book value) but it doesnt find my vin.

Wouldn't a bill of sale suffice for the tax payment?
