traded scrap for scrap?

A couple weeks ago my dad did some trading with the local scrap guy. The scrap guy had a 110cc 4 wheeler - my dad had some steel beams. The steel beams were worth more to the scrap guy than the ATV so they traded. Today dad brought the ATV over to my shop - we build firearms at the shop - we also cant resist things with engines. The ATV looked like it had been left out in the weather for a while but its complete. After removing all the plastic we cleaned the fuel tank (had a water/gas mixture) and the carb (same mixture). Luckly the water hadnt had enough time to get things really crusty in the carb. We blew out the carb,washed out the tank, messed with the wires alittle and BINGO - she started up and idles like its new. This engine is electric start only and the trans is automatic.
