I cut a peace of 3mm sheet metal and use the original gasket to Close the Output. The Input nob I closed using a Little rubber cap I found in the garage in a junk box. It was slighly too big, but I used a Little round clamp I put over it. But maybe it still wasn't tight enough and the intake was still pulling air..
Maybe if I put some racing stripes on the front Fender the bike will be faster? The flames on the tank didn't help though.

That's pretty much what I did (like there are infinite solutions to that "problem"?). Only I shut the "input" by plugging a slightly bigger bolt at the end of the tube where it used to go into the "pump" (which is actually a vacuum valve).
I suggest you make a test with BOTH the EGR and exhaust removed. Don't worry, it won't be that loud
