Checking/replacing fork oil hawk

Forks are not something i've really messed with before so some guidance would be helpful.

I want to check/replace the fork oil in the hawk. I'm guessing the same process would apply for the Bashan or other bikes on here.

Does anyone have some links in the forum regarding the steps on how to do this or other helpful links to videos for these china bikes specifically?

Special tools or equipment needed? special fluid?
