A Burger
It's not too often these days that I treat myself to one of these delectable sandwiches but Saturday, I got on the RX3 and headed down the hill to our little Volcano General Store. I'm not sure of the exact history of the place but I think in its original version, (probably prior to many burn-downs), was built somewhere around the 1860's, like much of the town.
Long story short, the lady who runs the store makes a mean burger. Local beef, done just the way a burger should be done, grilled inside a rock oven built from local rock that you can see standing just on the other side of her. Yum... Hungry now?
