That's a Honda clone ,top electric starter ,fully auto ,but can't tell you anything else from your picture .Look on the left side of the engine where a shifter would be if it had one ,there is a flat area with a bunch of letters and numbers ,those will tell you what you have .
Great I will look tonight. it has 3 forward gears and one reverse. Should I use ATV motor oil?
