VM26 pilot jet source? Best carb tutorial?

Should be getting my Hawk any day now.

I'm planning a "one thing at a time" approach, trying to perfect each mod and then moving on.

First up after engine oil and spark plug is the carb. I've got the carb and jet kit ordered, but whenever I search "vm26 pilot jet kit", I wind up confused. Is there a recommended kit? A good source?

How about a preferred tutorial or video? Preferably something along the lines of "symptom vs adjustment". I'm new to carb tuning, so any kind of "for dummies" resource would be appreciated.

As Megadan pointed out earlier, this is one area where Motocheez is lacking.
